ALLDOQ provides a secure workspace for medical evidence. The records held in the platform are special-category personal data under UK GDPR, and we treat them accordingly.

Where your data lives

All client data resides in ISO 27001 accredited data centres in the United Kingdom. There is no transatlantic transfer and no third-country processing. Each document is encrypted before it is written to storage, with keys held separately from the data.

Who can see it

Access is invite-only and protected by two-factor authentication, with role-based permissions on every folder and document. Every view, download and amendment is logged and attributable. No patient detail is sent by email.

Processing under contract

Where ALLDOQ processes personal data on behalf of a customer, that processing is governed by the data protection clauses in our Terms and Conditions, which reflect the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and related legislation.
