A walkthrough on a sandbox set up with your own templates, not a slide deck about a roadmap.
The session runs on a case rather than on screenshots. We load a template you already use, put a set of records into it, and go through the sequence an instruction actually follows: the documents arriving and being ordered, a dated chronology built from them with each entry linked to its source page, imaging opened alongside the records rather than in separate software, and a draft report picking up the facts you have just seen sourced. Twenty minutes is enough for that because there is no presentation attached to it. If a particular part of your workflow is the one that costs you evenings, say so when you book and we will spend the time there instead.

Bring a report template if you have one, since seeing your own headings and standard wording applied is more informative than seeing ours. You do not need to prepare anything else, and you do not need to send us case material: a sandbox with sample records works just as well for the walkthrough, and nothing from a live matter has to leave your systems to see how the workflow runs. If your firm has an information governance question, it is worth raising it in the session rather than afterwards, because the answers about UK hosting, accreditation and access control are the part most likely to need somebody else's sign-off.
